Want to Understand PASS and PRCO Better

Can anyone help me to more easily distinguish Structural scenes/elements from Storytelling, Active from Passive? Jim Hull’s blog posts on his NarrativeFirst site helped a bit. I get the perception of Structural referring to the story form itself, like Concern and Issue, etc. Storytelling would be like how you convey it to the audience. I think Passive is merely illustrating it; Active is putting it into motion. What would really help would be to see more examples of each.

PASS has helped me understand why I would instinctively list several things in my story’s brainstorming list which didn’t seem to move the story forward, but seemed more illustrative.
