Wind Ups: Is this still a correct statement?

Hello all! I have a question that hopefully someone can help with. According to this article by Melanie, she states:
"The only two Domains which can wind up are the Main Character and the Objective Story. "

My question is this: If that is the case, then why do the signposts in the IC and RS appear to be “wound up” as well? Since, as I understand it, the DYNAMICS is what rearranges the matrix and ultimately decides things like signpost order and such.

My take is that she means the MC and OS throughlines are the ones doing the winding up. The IC and RS still get wound up, but it’s the MC and OS throughlines that are driving that process.

That fits what she says a couple paragraphs earlier:

There are actually TWO wind ups. One winds up around the Objective Story Problem Element, like a clock spring (using the kinds of flips, rotates, and “carrying the children” as explained above.) The other winds up around the Main Character Problem Element.
