# Are Throughline Concerns + Benchmarks always tied to the same Static Plot Point?

From the random spins I’ve done within the Story Engine, I’m noticing a commonality between Concerns/Benchmarks and the 8 Static Plot Points (or I’m just really lucky) – does the arrangement below always occur no matter the storyform?

Goal **-\>** OS Concern  
Requirements **-\>** OS Benchmark

Dividends **-\>** MC Concern  
Forewarnings **-\>** MC Benchmark

Costs **-\>** IC Concern  
Preconditions **-\>** IC Benchmark

Consequence **-\>** RS Concern  
Prerequisites **-\>** RS Benchmark

Yes, that relationship always holds true. Pretty cool huh? I think it’s even mentioned in the theory book somewhere.
