I think this answered the question I was having earlier. In the place I’m at in my series for my overall series arc storyform, my OS concern should be The Past. But as far as this book is concerned the OS concern of Obtaining works so much better. When I look at my MC throughline, where am I in the overall series arc? A concern of Obtaining!
So what you’ve said is really helpful, and it make sense. My story is a first person narration, so the only way we see the OS is through the MC throughline and her interpretations of what’s going on.
