Can dynamic pairing be applied to all quads in Dramitica?

For example the various Through Lines, the Four Motivation Quads, the Four Classes, the 16 Types, the 64 Variations, the Purpose/Evaluation/Motivation/Methodology sets in the 64 elements set?

Yes, the dynamics of one quad exist in _all_ quads. The entire model is built on the idea that items arranged diagonally are dynamic, items arranged horizontally are companion, and items arranged vertically are dependent. The fourth arrangement that exists in all quads is really an arrangement _between_ quads–namely, if you’re moving up or down in the model. From one comes many, from many comes one.The component view.

So you can look at Situation, Or you can look at Past, Present, Future and Progress.
