get’s a neat response

**Plan**

- Clarify the support “modes” available to you.
- Briefly describe each mode’s purpose and best-use cases.
- Offer example requests so you can engage the right help immediately.

## Available assistance modes

### 1) Storyforming (you’re here)

- Purpose: Determine, validate, and lock a Dramatica Storyform. Keep your story thematically coherent.
- Best for: Choosing Domains/Concerns/Issues/Problems, Dynamics (Driver, Limit, Outcome, Judgment), Pivotal Elements, Benchmarks, Signposts.
- Typical outputs: Validated Storyform snapshots, compliance audits, Method-of-Conflict mapping, hole checks.

### 2) Theory

- Purpose: Teach Dramatica and the Narrative Context Protocol; demystify terms and structures.
- Best for: Understanding quads, pairings (dynamic/companion/dependent), Problem/Solution vs. Symptom/Response, MC/IC alignment, OS vs. RS distinctions.
- Typical outputs: Clear explanations, diagrams-in-words, example comparisons across known stories.

### 3) Storyguide

- Purpose: Move from early idea to treatment when you don’t yet have a Storyform.
- Best for: Logline and premise development, concept testing, thematic direction-finding, early beat scaffolding.
- Typical outputs: Concept brief, treatment outline, high-level act structure before storyforming.

### 4) Character

- Purpose: Build characters that serve your Storyform without conflating roles and perspectives.
- Best for: Casting MC/IC/RS/OS functions; mapping Pivotal Elements to specific characters; planning perspective hand-offs; aligning archetypes to conflicts.
- Typical outputs: Character grids, role-function matrices, casting notes tied to structural elements.

### 5) Storyteller

- Purpose: Turn structure into pages—beats, scenes, sample dialogue, and image systems.
- Best for: Signpost progressions, 16 plot Progressions, RS arc beats, Decision/Action driver turns on the page, motif and visual design.
- Typical outputs: Beat sheets, scene sketches, sample pages, RS micro-arc threads across acts.

## Quick ways to engage a mode

- Storyforming: “Validate my OS Issue vs. Problem/Solution and check for holes.”
- Theory: “Explain why a Steadfast/Start MC pairs with Control/Uncontrolled in this config.”
- Storyguide: “I have a premise but no structure—help me draft a treatment.”
- Character: “Assign MC/IC roles to my cast and propose perspective hand-offs by act.”
- Storyteller: “Draft the 16 Progressions from my Signposts with 1–2 scene ideas each.”

If you tell me which mode you want, I’ll switch and proceed step by step.

Validation: Listed all assistance modes available here with purposes and outputs. If you were expecting a different agent/mode, tell me its focus and I’ll map it to the closest match.

Yes! You could also visit the documentation, I just added them this week:

[Narrova Agents](https://platform.dramatica.com/docs/narrova/agents)

I also go over all of them in-depth in [this week’s Narrova Livestream](https://www.youtube.com/live/J6D7yhb7R2g).
