It might be worthwhile to have a section on Subtext for these types of stories. Movies that were ALMOST complete arguments, but clearly lacked some crucial element. Titanic, Jurassic Park, Saving Private Ryan… etc.
A “bone yard” section which describes as much of the storyform that IS there to illustrate how it’s broken.
I bet there’s a ton of insight and learning to be had from being able to reference incomplete stories.

My dude, EVERYONE on that ship was stuck. Rose was stuck in a relationship she didn’t want, All the characters were stuck by their “class” expectations. They were all stuck on a sinking vessel, hence so many people drowning. It is not hard to imagine how people were stuck, and how that stuckness was causing problems.
