# Unable to illustrate story driver

I’m trying to illustrate my story drivers in Subtxt (Illustrating / Objective Story / Storybeats) and when I click on the Illustrate button for any of the story drivers, nothing happens. Illustrating any of the OS Signposts on the same page works fine. I’ve tried this in both Chrome and Safari with the same problem in both browsers.

Hello! Thanks as always - this was an issue with Subtxt being confused about a Narrative Dynamic (Story Driver) and a Storybeat (Signposts, Progressions, etc.)

If you refresh you should see the fix there now in place. Let us know if you run into anything else!

Oh - and this brought to my attention that there wasn’t a place for the Narrative Dynamics - so now they’re in there, sandwiched between Appreciations and Narrative Functions:
