Over the years of working on my WIP, I have reworked my storyform numerous times. I’ve essentially already written my story, and am revising, just wanting to tighten up the story.
However, I’m having trouble seeing the forest for the trees. I’m not able to confirm what the MC Problem element is. I can see the story through many of the the MC Crucial /Problem Element/ Character Element lenses. I realize this is because the MC/story will pass through these elements at some time or another.
What questions should I ask myself to know, for sure, that the element is the CORE MC element?
