Is it accurate to say that in each quad at whatever level, one dynamic pair represents an internal or external state while the other dynamic pair represents an internal or external process?

I feel asking yourself which dynamic pair represents a state or process especially at the lower levels(types, variations, elements) can help one illustrate the story points better.

Could you give an example of what you mean?

Say for example…
Fact vs Fantasy
&
Threat vs Security

Fact and fantasy seem more internal and state (esque)
Threat and security seem more external and process (y)

So how would you see that helping illustrate?
