OS Signposts Developing Plan, Playing Role, Changing Nature, Conceiving Idea. MC Present, Past, Future, Progress. IC Memories, Impulses, Desires/Fears, Contemplation. RS Understanding, Doing, Obtaining, Learning. This all seems pretty close, but I’m down to 4 storyforms.
