Ventura MacOs Virtualbox / Desktop

I had to bite the bullet and upgrade my MacOs operating system to Ventura. Was hoping that the virtual desktop would work with it, but apparently there is a download issue. The download from the site: https://techsupport.screenplay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034975752 keeps timing out saying it doesn’t have permissions.

Anyone have any advice or workarounds for Ventura? Thanks in advance!

You might need to be more specific here – there are several download links in that article!

As far as I can tell, the really big one (to the preconfigured virtual machine) still works, and the VirtualBox download links seem to, also. (They are linking to versions of VirtualBox which are quite out of date by now, but that might not be an issue.)
