If you zoom the page, the title box can become unreachable.
What happens if you zoom out?
The textbox will eventually be visible. But, this is an eyestrain. It should be possible to scroll up to the title box when zoomed in Instead, the header banner, alone, moves up and down the page.
I should have clarified. This happens when creating a new thread, not when simply reading an existing one.
