Examples of exotic yet complete storyforms, like Psycho?

I saw this article about Hitchcock’s Psycho

that talks about the two complete storyforms, one leading to the next, in the film.

Any further examples of movies that deploy multiple complete storyforms weaved in an interesting way, that give the same engrossing wtf feeling of Psycho? (excluding here works that show parallel multiple storyforms at once, like GoT or early star wars)

I bet Citizen Kane would fit. I don’t know the story form or forms but it powerfully impacted me as an eight-year-old, watching it on TV years ago, and it’s been the top of picture lists many times, so it must have something like that in its structure.
