Working through a storyform this morning, I have Attitude as a Catalyst. Catalyst used to speed things up, was thinking of shifting through manual gears. So for Activity I’ll use

and the Inhibitor is rationalization, which could be
deflection to
an excuse to
a justification
a knowing lie
