Handoff MC and IC in Shakespeare's Much Ado?

In Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, Benedict and Beatrice both claim to be anti-love and marriage and seem to share the problem of Consider, and both use soliloquies to let the audience in on what they are thinking. They seem to be shared/handoff MCs to me, making Claudio and Hero shared ICs to balance them, as the younger two lovers drive Benedict and Beatrice to change their views directly through manipulating them into thinking the other loves, and indirectly through Hero and Caludio being swept up in Don John’s plot to defame Hero.

If Benedict and Beatrice aren’t both MCs, then they are MC/IC (and I’d be curious to know which was which) or we have a broken storyform.

Thoughts?

Maybe two storyforms?
