Are Throughline Concerns + Benchmarks always tied to the same Static Plot Point?

From the random spins I’ve done within the Story Engine, I’m noticing a commonality between Concerns/Benchmarks and the 8 Static Plot Points (or I’m just really lucky) – does the arrangement below always occur no matter the storyform?

Goal -> OS Concern
Requirements -> OS Benchmark

Dividends -> MC Concern
Forewarnings -> MC Benchmark

Costs -> IC Concern
Preconditions -> IC Benchmark

Consequence -> RS Concern
Prerequisites -> RS Benchmark

Yes, that relationship always holds true. Pretty cool huh? I think it’s even mentioned in the theory book somewhere.
