Okay, now… can you give a specific example of her “Be-ing”? I’ve been thinking about it, and I can’t point to a specific thing.

I should point out that I don’t dispute the storyform as is.
She doesn’t need to “Be”. She’s the Influence Character–all that matters is that we feel the influence of her fixed attitude towards those women – and we do.
One of the reasons I don’t like to think of Influence Character in terms of Be-er or Do-er.
I don’t think I’m familiar with another movie where the Influence Character is pared down to so little.
