This has been happening for a few days now, maybe I need to dump cookies or something?
When I type a question into Narrova/Storyforming and hit enter or the up-arrow, the question doesn’t appear on the screen. I either need to click on Narrova/Home and go back into the project, or click the hamburger menu and go back into the project to see the question and subsequent generated answer.
Advice?
Are you using the branching conversations feature? (Where you can take another pass?)
No. I’m only using the main screen, no branches anywhere. Am getting the answers I need right along, so no need to ask for another pass.
Huh - if you use in-app support (Help from platform.dramatica.com) - I can help you track down whats going on as we’re not seeing it elsewhere.

This one’s for Jim… I replied to your tech support email. In follow up to that, I’ve created a new conversation (11-21 Middleham Scene Creation Reference Document: Storyforming: “here’s a brief outline, write a scene in 3rd person using these notes and the Markdown document uploaded earlier for reference”), and it’s doing the same “spin the purple square and never answer” that the other two conversations are doing that I wrote you about.
So I’m pretty much dead in the water and can’t get answers to any questions at this point. And it was working so lovely before. Grrrr. Please to help when you’re able? Thankee.
I received your in-app support message, and that’s all I need for now. This space is meant for general usage questions rather than technical troubleshooting. There are a number of variables that could be affecting your specific setup, and since we’re not seeing the issue elsewhere, the in-app channel is the best place to work through it—just like with any other application. I’d appreciate keeping discussion of those kinds of issues there rather than reaching out to me directly here.
